I purchased an Extended Weekly Message on Vimeo but there are playback issues. Please help!
Firstly, thank you for your purchase. If you have been experiencing any issues with viewing your extended weekly messages on Vimeo, then we highly recommend that you login to Vimeo using a different device (preferably a laptop or computer). There can sometimes be a playback error if you are trying to use a mobile phone.
Likewise, you may also need to clear the cache on your internet browser and/or mobile phone. The best internet browser to use for Vimeo is Google Chrome.

I purchased an Extended Weekly Message on Vimeo but the confirmation email has disappeared and I cannot access the video?
Firstly, thank you for your purchase. You can view the videos that you have purchased under the "Purchases" section of your Vimeo account. To get there simply login to Vimeo and hover over your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the page. Click on "Purchases" and then select the On-Demand tab.
Alternatively you can use the Vimeo app to view your purchases on a mobile phone. Simply go to the library archive by pressing the middle Bookmark icon. From there, your videos will appear in both the "Watch Later" and "Purchases" sections.
